Payment terms

• 30% non refundable deposit is required upon confirmation.

• Balance to be paid three weeks prior to arrival.

• If the balance is not paid by the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and levy cancellation charges in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy

• All reservations can be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.

• Cancellation received less than 30 days prior to arrival date means a 30% cancellation fee.

• Cancellation received less than 15 days prior to arrival date means a  50% cancellation fee.

• No show means a 100% cancellation fee.

• Check-in: 2:00 PM

• Check-out: 11:00 AM

We are happy to announce our new prices for 2012.

For one week booking you will get 10% discount.
For two weeks and more you will get 15% discount.

Prices include 6.5% VAT.
